True to its name, the Bayanihan GK Village in Trece Martirez City is a venue for the bayanihan of partners from different sectors, including top condo developers, which already turned over the homes to the new residents. Berjaya Philippines is one of the partners that have contributed in building this community, joining Cityland, Inc., Anchor Land Holdings, Inc., Federal Land, the local government, and Gawad Kalinga.

Last December 6, 2013, we held the turn-over ceremony of the Berjaya GK Village in Trece Martirez, Cavite, where another 30 families could start their new life. With newfound hope, they are now headed for attaining their dreams as they received their new homes.

The said event had correspondingly served as a venue to build up rapport between the Provincial Local Government of Cavite, the Local Government of Trece Martirez City, Berjaya Group Philippines and Gawad Kalinga as they committed to support each other towards achieving their goal of poverty eradication.

The new Kapitbahayans were wowed by the presence of the following guests, namely: Gov. Jonvic Remulla, Mr. Paul Soo (Country Head of BGP), Mr. Jose Luis Oquinena (GK ED), Mr. Edgar Purificacion (GK Cavite Head, Vice Mayor Alex Lubigan, and Barangay Chairman Manolito Villanueva.
