The work started in 1995 even before Gawad Kalinga was officially formed into an organization

OUR PARTNERS
Poverty in the Philippines is massive. There are more people at the bottom of the pyramid than
there are on top and in order to reverse this social problem, everyone must be part of the
solution. Gawad Kalinga continues to rally all sectors of society to help in the vision of a poverty-free nation.
