Poor communities are the most vulnerable when typhoons hit us. They live in areas with the least protection from the harsh forces of nature. We seek your support in our relief and recovery operations for the subsequent onslaught of Typhoons Rolly and Ulysses that ravaged our communities in Bicol, Cagayan, and NCR.
