OUR WHY: Many poor families in the rural areas are flocking towards the cities in hopes of better education, employment and health care opportunities. Given our country’s fertile lands, and the genius of both rich & poor, there is no reason we cannot create wealth and prosper in the countryside.
HOW IT WORKS:
- DEVELOPMENT OF THE PHYSICAL PLATFORM including campus improvements, demo farms, food labs, accommodations and other infrastructure & facilities
- DEVELOPMENT OF CAPABILITY BUILDING PROGRAMS such as social business summits & camps, professorial chairs, trainings & paid internships & others
- BUILDER’S FIRSTHAND FVU EXPERIENCE: 20 free nights valid for 1 year (villa-type, inclusive of breakfast, transferable) and lifetime 20% discount on food & accommodations (non-transferable), plus a marker of appreciation for the builder's legacy
- ENGAGEMENT OF BUILDERS as ambassadors for the FVU’s programs & activities

OUR WHY: The Farm Village University exists to inspire the world in building businesses that care for the poor and the environment. To do this, the FVU needs to have enough capacity to stage global events such as APEC, Social Business Summit and World Economic Forum so that it can continue to bring people together for the greater good.
HOW IT WORKS:
- CONSTRUCTION OF ONE VILLA (with naming rights) to increase FVU accommodation capacity (design to be finalized)
- Serves a LABORATORY FOR WORLD-CLASS HOSPITALITY & HRM of SEED scholars
- BUILDER’S LONG-TERM FVU EXPERIENCE: 60 free nights per year (villa-type, inclusive of breakfast, transferable) and lifetime 20% discount on food & accommodations (non-transferable)
